After some research, I determined that the {{NUMBEROFFILES}} keyword dynamically inserts the number of files uploaded on this wiki: for example, I can say that at the time this page was generated, we have 27,651 files uploaded on Conservapedia. I don't see the need for a manually updated template that duplicates this automatic functionality of MediaWiki. GregG 19:24, 16 February 2013 (EST)
