The Judicial branch is one of the three major parts of the United States Government. It was established by Article III of the U.S. Constitution. Its main function is the Constitutional interpretation of laws passed by the Legislative Branch. The judicial branch is made up of courts: the Supreme Court, the Circuit courts, the magistrate courts and the municipal courts, with the Supreme Court having the final say in any legal matter.
