New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedoms (NYCF) is a 501(c)(4) organization located in New York State. NYCF is a statewide, issues-oriented lobbying organization that is committed to providing a Christian moral and religious perspective to New York State legislators. Founded by a group of pastors in 1982, NYCF employs a full-time Christian lobbyist and focuses its attention on religious freedom, family values, and moral issues. Rev. Duane R. Motley currently serves as the Executive Director of NYCF.
