Giovanni dos Santos Ramírez (born May 11, 1989, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico) is a young Mexican Football soccer player currently playing for the English team, Tottenham Hotspur.
"An English team intends to sign Mexican Giovani Dos Santos, but daddy Zizinho (retired Brazilian football player) said his son belongs to Barcelona and to Mexico... his golden dream is to play with Ronaldinho, Rafa Marquez, Messi, Eto'o and Henry." (Estadio W channel)
Young, fast, cold-blooded, 19-year-old boy is the new Catalan "jewel"; he even is compared to Argentine Leo Messi and Brazilian Ronaldinho.[1]
His career at Tottenham has been poor with him having loans at Ipswich Town and the Turkish club Galatasaray. He did however play for Mexico at the 2010 World Cup.
