Medical science is a scientific discipline which concerns itself with disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.[1] Areas of medical science research include such areas as basic medical research, clinical medical research and experimental medical research.[2]
Hippocrates was an early advocate of the health benefits of exercise and also nutrition.[3]
