Alvin Leonard Bragg Jr (born October 21, 1973, age 49) is the incumbent district attorney for New York County in the state of New York, assuming office in January 2022.[1] Largely viewed as a rising Uncle Tom in the Democrat Party, he has attempted to indict President Donald Trump in an attempt to arrest him. Bragg has been accused of a racially motivated prosecution of President Trump.[2]

The House of Representatives requested that Bragg answer questions about his misconduct under oath and to determine if any federal money was used in the illegal prosecution, and respond by March 23, 2023.[3] News reports indicated that the Biden White House, the Biden DOJ, Democrats in Congress and former members of the Mueller team have persuaded Bragg to interfere in the 2024 presidential election.[4]
