Governor De Santis will avoid War with Russia because the Russian Church and Russian People will love him for his strong Anti-Woke Stance. Do you know Patriarch Kirill has blamed the West for LGBT Parades and sexualization of children? He is also right to blame Joe Biden for it, although that doesn't justify War. But with a President De Santis, America will become a Righteous Christian Nation once again, as it was always meant to be from the beginning, and was for a long time, and one of the major reasons for conflict will cease. Avoiding/preventing WWIII is absolutely important, but so are other things. As for newsweek etc, it is just reporting on a Poll. But I agree with your point on not making the Primary a mud wrestling match. That's a point well made and well taken. Let's keep it at the level of a Gentlemanly Discussion. But highlighting real issues and contrasts between the Candidates e.g. on vaccines, is legitimate.
