So he's active between the period of the Restoration of the Monarchy in 1815, and the Unification of Germany and Italy. ::Very interesting basic summary. There's probably much to that man... I can't believe my old high school history textbooks seemed to mention nothing about him. At least the curriculum probably didn't explain who he was. From what vaguely scrolled, the bit about his vociferous criticism by Marx made me laugh.
