Andy, here's the problem as I see it: User:Conservative is not interested in discussing issues. User:Conservative thrives on confrontation with individuals, be it me, Ratvandals, or whoever. And he will spend upwards of 16 hours a day, and more, targeting and trolling people he locks onto.

In these perilous times, a time-limited [[Topic ban]] on issues related to [[foreign policy]] is the only solution I see. This is not heavy handed. It's disciplinary. User:Conservative needs time to think about the trouble he creates ''before'' he hits the upload key. I wrote specific enforcement provisions above, which always can be tweeked moving forward. I'm just asking for a Topic ban of foreign policy and international relations until election day, November 5, 2024.
