The largest Russian gay club business with clubs in Moscow/St. Petersburg is still open and its been open since 2014 (See: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Station_(gay_club) Central Station (gay club)]). There are other gay clubs in Moscow and St. Petersburg too. Yes, there have been past raids claiming suspected drugs at these places, but they stay open.
