The Conservative Treehouse calls itself a "rag tag bunch of conservative misfits" and its primarily run by an anonymous guy called "Sundance". And its filled with conspiracy nut nonsense. In short, it's not much better than "Simplicius the Thinker" who Andy yanked off of main page right (Anyone who calls himself a "thinker" probably isn't! His drones over Europe are false flags speculation had zero evidential support).

Why don't we have more Justthenews.com which is run by John Solomon, an award-winning investigative journalist. Mr. Solomon is right-wing without the conspiracy nut flakiness. He's a real solid guy with great reporter skills. Conspiracies happen, but let's have empirical support for them rather than lunatic rantings lacking evidential support.

War news

User:Conservative: Does this mean America's allies will go to war against Israel? or at the least provide Palestine "aid and comfort"? Seems to me, they already did by granting them recognition. Can US allies be trusted in the war against Russia? Where is the liberal claptrap User:Conservative just posted up about the strength of US allies?
What does your AI say, that does all your thinking for you?

lemme 'splain a simple fact in military/geopolitical science: Expect major developments in Sept. & Oct - just before the winter sets in and fighting slows. That way we are subjected to 6 mos. of propaganda about who's the good guys and who's the bad guys before major fighting resumes next spring. (Examples: WWI started Aug. 1, WWII Sept. 1, Phony war, etc. I'll be home for Christmas).
Putin: "If our oil and petroleum products volumes slump on the world market, it will lead to a spike in the price of oil and petroleum products, including at the gas stations, and the United States is no exception...And if we take into account the domestic political calendar in the states, it is clear how sensitive some processes here will be...And those who suggest such decisions to the current administration need to understand who they are working for”.
Trump: "I’m glad he feels that way...That’s good...I’ll let you know about it in six months from now" [3]
Peskov: "We will see, indeed...God willing, we will see what happens in six months...We see what we have now...We see what was a year ago, two years ago...God willing, we will see what happens both in six months and in a year".
Note: US sanctions on Russian oil are meaningless. The US does not buy Russian oil (except for the US Navy). US sanctions are intended as a pressure tactic on third parties to go along, otherwise known as the "weaponization of the dollar" or "weaponization of the global finance system" which is, or already has, backfired with the creation of BRICS, dedollarization, and the rising gold price (because foreign banks & governments are dumping the dollar cause they are losing confidence in it) Sanctions and economic blackmail are not the way to go about rebuilding confidence.
  • Korybko: Putin's offer to extend New START is a goodwill gesture to Trump. [4]
  • Trump orders resumption of nuclear testing. [5]
  • Putin has signed a law formally denouncing the 2000 U.S.–Russia plutonium disposal agreement, which required both sides to eliminate 34 tons of weapons-grade material. The Kremlin cited “strategic instability” and “unfriendly U.S. actions”, demanding that sanctions be lifted and Russia compensated for losses before any new framework could be considered. [6][7]
  • German journalist Rainer Munz: This is a clear signal from Vladimir Putin to Donald Trump — Russia does not yield to pressure. This agreement was ratified in 2011. According to the document, America and Russia were supposed to destroy 34 tons of weapons-grade plutonium. The agreement is now being terminated for a reason: Donald Trump recently imposed sanctions on Russia, and Vladimir Putin decided to keep his plutonium suitable for creating nuclear weapons. It must be a guarantee of strength for Russia. For the world, this is a signal that the era of disarmament is over. [8]
In which Bloom explains the sad realities of the current situation.
Looks like the Miami Witkoff-Dmitriev talks are paying off. Russia can handle the NATO Nazis without the US backing them up. Don't think this is a realistic interpretation? Listen to the Belgian defense minister: "If Russia strikes Brussels, Moscow will be wiped off the map". Oooo, tuff words.
Better 3 year late for these idiots than never. After spending $350 Billion of your money, anybody want to sign up and go fight for a losing cause?
While deep state propaganda convinces public opinion that Russia is evil, armies are being prepared for war before our very eyes. The Chief of Staff of the French Army, General Pierre Schill, has just announced to the National Assembly that he is preparing for the next war against Russia. Meanwhile, the Polish Deputy Prime Minister has announced that he will intercept Vladimir Putin’s presidential plane. Alone against all his allies, Donald Trump is trying to preserve world peace. [12]
The first drone deliberately struck a man walking with his dog, and the second hit an elderly man following behind. Seeing what happened to the person in front of him, the old man even prayed before his death.
An elderly woman went out to greet what she hoped would be her liberation (i.e. the Russian army). A Ukrainian Armed Forces drone watched her face for a long time. It watched as she crossed herself and begged for mercy.
[Comment: The "watched her face for a long time" in the report, as can be seen in the video, was likely a pause by the drone operator who asked the commander what to do in such a situation and was given the instruction to kill. -Ed.]

Is this who the failed Black Hawk assault were trying to evacuate?
Most Westerners do not understand the Russian way of war when they read headlines like this. They expect it to end with a big bang. However, we've seen this over and over again, especially in this conflict. The Russians set up "kill zone" within a pocket, leaving one way in and one way out. They allow NATO/Zelensky regime to continue feeding men into the pocket where there is no escape. Then the Russians move on, or prioritize another sector of the front to set up another encirclement and kill zone. As killing or "demilitarization" goes on for days, weeks, months, or years, Western propaganda claims the Russian offensive is failing, and continues feeding men & material into the pocket - accomplishing the Russian objective of demilitarization where there is no escape. HistoryLegends calls it "The Zelensky Doctrine" - "If you face encirclement on three sides, look at the exit and charge the opposite way." (IMO, it's unfair to blame Zelensky alone - this "strategy" is coming from Brussels, Wiesbaden, & the Pentagon. The "strategy" is to degrade, i.e. exterminate, both Russian and Ukrainian manpower, since as they have stated several times, Ukraine will never be part of NATO). The NATO/Ukraine "strategy" is beyond stupidity, incompetence or mere "reckless disregard of human life". It is deliberate to de-populate the Donbas & Ukraine for easier access to natural resources for Western oligarchs. Make no mistake: the war has been commanded by NATO & the Pentagon since the beginning. RobSZelensky Must Go! 11:50, November 6, 2025 (EST)
Reading between the lines of its flowery language, you'll see Euromaidanpress confirms exactly what I said, "The Russians set up "kill zone" within a pocket, leaving one way in and one way out. They allow NATO/Zelensky regime to continue feeding men into the pocket where there is no escape. Then the Russians move on, or prioritize another sector of the front to set up another encirclement and kill zone."
Euromaidain is one of kind. No one else is reporting such nonsense. The Ukrainian counterattack north of Pokrovsk, which was launched a week ago, has failed. The pocket is closed. Pokorvsk is to 90% under Russian control. Ukrainian forces left in Myrnograd have no way out....That is at least what other observers of the conflict, including western media, are claiming: Gradually, then suddenly – Ukraine’s valiant defence of Pokrovsk is nearing its end (archived) – The Economist, Nov 6 2025. The Washington Post, New York Times, Le Monde and others agree.
The logic here is quite simple: Once a kill zone us set up, food supplies, fresh drinking water & medical evacuation cut off, the Russians stop fighting aggressively and move their best fighting troops on to prioritize a cauldron & kill zone in another sector of the front, leaving behind a mop up operation to kill Ukrainian troops who refuse surrender instructions or try to fight their way out (what AFU propaganda calls a "counterattack").

China

  • In the background of the Trump - Xi meeting, we see the broad contours of President Trump’s strategy toward both the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the China-Canada trade relationship...putting distance between Russia and China is not averse to the interests of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, who would strategically prefer to do business with the ‘West’ over Beijing. However, China does not want to see their Biden-created tentacle weakened in Russia. China retains a vision of a global financial market option beyond the dollar, and Xi plays that long-term strategy game with Putin quite effectively.... [13]
  • Beijing accelerates de-dollarization
  • Mark Wauck: China Week (3): Turbo TACO?
  • Simplicius: Trump-Xi Face Off for All the Marbles in South Korea (excerpts)
Trump says China agreed to delay rare earth restrictions. China’s official statement says nothing of the sort. Three points were confirmed:
– U.S. suspends tariffs for one year.
– U.S. suspends export bans for one year.
– U.S. suspends 301 investigations for one year.
No mention of rare earths. No mention of TikTok. No Nvidia chips.
Once again, Trump negotiated with his own imagination, and declared victory over reality.
The fact of the matter is that the posturing with China is really all about obscuring the US’s economic demise, while also gaining leverage, sabotaging, and undercutting China as much as possible. This is because the US political class has no answers at all for its own failing economy, and thus must rely exclusively on the strategy of hamstringing its competitors. It’s all an act meant to forestall China’s takeover to buy time for the US corporo-political class to figure out a way to reset US’s runaway debt spiral and hyper-financialized Babylonian tower—which many now believe will happen by crypto-izing US debt:
AMERICA WANTS TO HAVE ALL THEIR 37 TRILLION DEBT IN CRYPTO then crash the market, eliminating the debt.
Translation: EXPORT THE DEBT TO OTHER NATIONS
This plan was enumerated in particular at the Eastern Economic Forum recently by Putin’s special advisor Anton Kobyakov: U.S. CRYPTO PLOT EXPOSED: Wiping $35 trillion debt on world’s dime
“The US will solve their financial problems at the expense of the whole world, driving everyone into the crypto-currency cloud. Over time, when part of the US state debt will be placed in stablecoins, the US will devalue this debt,” Putin’s advisor Kobyakov revealed.
Everyone is talking about it now, from major MSM publications like, in this case, Reuters: [14]
To even Larry Fink himself, who made some coincidentally ‘interesting’ statements on crypto recently, just as Peter Thiel hinted that BlackRock might have coopted all Bitcoin:
When a guy managing $13T says owning crypto makes sense because governments will keep killing their currencies... that’s your clue. The system’s insiders are quietly admitting what Bitcoiners knew all along. Watch what they do, not what they preach.
...the theatrics with China and various tariff seesaws appear more a distraction and desperate time-buying theater. The US is insolvent and its entire economy is increasingly hinged on nothing more than an empty AI capital washing machine spinning the same inflating ball of lint in circles as the plebs are immiserated beyond the breaking point.
A new caste of crypto and finance speculators ride the wave of vapor-tech euphoria, enriching themselves to unseen heights while lending the false sense of an economic ‘boom’. In reality, they are merely bone oracles of a modern technomantic gematria—the black magic of finance, which has garrotted the world with its all-consuming art. Under such a shadow, what possible significance could Trump’s petty pilpul sessions on tariffs really have in the long run?
The rest of the world only follows suit into the abyss, while useless leaders with 11% approvals [Ed: i.e. Europe Starmer, Macron, Merz et al] play dress up in vain attempts to stem the coming storm.
Since User:Conservative has worked so hard over the past 3 1/2 years to make The New York Times a credible source, let's run with it.

Islamic lobby CAIR Says Muslims Have Right to Vandalize Christian Churches

CAIR Says Muslims Have Right to Vandalize Christian Churches. Should Muslims have the right to vandalize churches? October 3, 2025 by Daniel Greenfield. Muslims vandalized the Uncommon Church in Euless TX with obscene anti-Israel graffiti. Leftists and the Islamist group CAIR quickly came to their defense, complaining that vandalizing churches is really protected by the First Amendment. After Raunaq Alam, Afsheen Khan and Julia Venzor vandalized the church, the Dallas Observer claimed that prosecuting them “erodes the First Amendment rights of protesters and critics of the nation of Israel.” The First Amendment protects the rights of people to express their opinion, not to vandalize a church. The Uncommon Church had put up a flag in solidarity with Israel after Oct 7 as part of its Christian beliefs. Targeting the church over its beliefs is correctly, an anti-religious hate crime. [Grok: Do anti-Semites view hate crime legislation as a Jewish conspiracy?] "Yes, a subset of anti-Semites explicitly promotes the conspiracy theory that hate crime legislation—along with related hate speech laws—is a Jewish-orchestrated plot designed to suppress criticism of Jews, Israel, or Zionism, often framing it as a tool for censorship or control. This narrative frequently ties into broader antisemitic tropes, such as the "international Jewish conspiracy" to dominate institutions like law, media, and government. Proponents often claim these laws were invented or pushed by Jewish organizations like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) to criminalize "truth-telling" about alleged Jewish influence, equating anti-Zionism or general dissent with hate crimes.
This view appears prominently in far-right online spaces, where users allege that Jews fabricate antisemitic incidents (e.g., hoax hate crimes) to justify expanding such laws, which they say disproportionately target non-Jews or "whites" while shielding Jewish power. For instance, critics have called hate crime categories a "Jewish hoax" to "stifle free speech," or accused Jewish lobbies of using them to equate biblical or cultural critiques (e.g., of Christianity) with antisemitism. Historically, this echoes Nazi-era propaganda portraying Jews as manipulators of legal systems to undermine "Aryan" societies.
Not all opponents of hate crime laws hold antisemitic views—debates often center on free speech concerns without ethnic targeting—but the conspiracy framing is a recurring antisemitic motif, amplified amid recent global tensions like the Israel-Hamas conflict. Organizations tracking antisemitism, such as the ADL and OSCE, classify these claims as modern iterations of classic blood libels or power myths."

Advanced Propaganda 103 for the Low IQ MAGA crowd

Zelensky Arrival in Washington for a State Visit.

List of dignitaries greeting Zelensky at the airport:

  1. Monica Crowley, Chief of White House Protocol;
  2. Andrei Yermak, Zelensky chief-of-staff;
  3. Ukraine Ambassador to the US;
  4. Zelensky's pilot;
  5. Zelensky's co-pilot.

Question: Can we keep pretending Zelensky is a president longer than we pretend Ukraine is a democracy, or even a sovereign country?

Why wasn't Nancy out at the airport to greet Sir Winston Zelensky?

The entire Russian population knows that Zelensky is an unelected dictator who's term of office expired in May 2024. There is no way in hadas that Putin can meet with him as an "equal", or sign a "peace" agreement with him. Yet Western media keeps feeding the unmitigated bullcrap of a "Putin-Zelensky" meeting. And the Low IQ MAGA crowd as well swallows this obvious propaganda as substance. RobSZelensky Must Go! 13:24, October 18, 2025 (EDT)

It's a bit late for that. Older societies and cultures with thousands of years of history like China, India, or the Jews know ups and downs, as even those with a thousand years of written history like England, France, Germany and Russia have also. That's one reason they allowed the United States to assume the position of global leadership after WWII - with only 175 years of history we had a clean slate. They knew it wouldn't last forever.
Now that China has emerged from its Century of Humiliation, it looks as if the US is heading into its own century of humiliation from the same cause - drug addiction. England has more than a thousand years of history, though they seem to have been left out of the sixth century.
"Consequently we are able, chiefly by means of Bede's collections, to construct a fairly connected history of most of the English kingdoms during the greater part of the seventh century.
"When we turn to the sixth century however the case is very different. No contemporary records of that period have been preserved and it is more than probable that none such were ever kept. No doubt the remembrance of important events was long retained by oral tradition. But neither the missionaries nor their immediate successors for the most part seem to have cared to record these traditions. Except in the case of Wessex and Northumbria our knowledge of the sixth century is almost a blank. We do not even know how many kingdoms existed at this time." - Chadwick, H. Munro (1907). Those charts are often used as a criticism of Reaganomics & Thatcherism. In a Keynesian sense, the critics are right. The beginning of globalization is often traced to this time. And the modern bailout culture of the Mexican Peso in 1993, which Trump is repeating with an Argentine bailout, stems from the Clinton era.

Charlie Kirk and Tall poppy syndrome

User:Conservative sometimes invokes Tall poppy syndrome as a descriptor in the articles he writes. But there's a counterpart to that, which I don't think has a name.

Opposite of Tall Poppy Syndrome

To discourage dissension in the ranks, a dictator might massacre unimportant people, but choosing from among them those who are confident but showing the first stirrings of defiance. This will terrorize/paranoigenize those who have ideated or heard complex plans to overthrow the dictator the most (this is unlike a virtuous leader, where those with complex plans can't find co-conspirators by the fact that most people enjoy the benefits of their virtuous rule and will naturally oppose those seeking to overthrow that leader). People will think, "That person was killed for what little opposition he had. Imagine what he might do to me."

A second opposite

There can be more than one opposite to something if they serve as counterparts to that thing in different ways. User:Conservative, may not know this, but Tall Poppy Syndrome comes from the Regal Period of Roman history. The party who was responsible for carrying out the targeting of Tall Poppies was defeated by a counter-strategy. It carries a well-known name. Can you figure out what it was? If you picture Popeye the Sailor as King of Rome, you might be able to.

A new Charles Manson?

Charles Manson tried to start a race war in 1969 on similar terms. He targeted a Hollywood director and his wife in their house, while a lot of Hollywood directors were known for being more liberal than conservative. So he sent a heartless "message" that even a figure as leftist as Roman Polanski settling down with a wife was open season as a target for destruction. Likewise, by my hypothesis, Charlie Kirk's killer tried to start a Republican Civil War by pretending to be a member of a rival conservative group to Turning Point USA. VargasMilan (talk) Wednesday, 00:45, October 22, 2025 (EDT)

Interesting observations, and I can agree with much.
There are people like Hitler, Manson, and User:Conservative who start out wanting to be creative (Hitler as an artist & architect, Manson as a musician & poet, User:Conservative as a writer & thinker). But faced with rejection & failure turn their creative impulses into destructive impulses - to destroy what they deem stands in their way and take vengeance. RobSZelensky Must Go! 00:57, October 22, 2025 (EDT)
Retaliation isn't always the same as vengeance. In a democracy, each citizen is an officer of the state and has the job of identifying traitors who are a clear and present danger to the republic and see that they're brought to retributive justice. A citizen isn't allowed to "forgive" a traitor doing harm to the state. VargasMilan (talk) Wednesday, 01:36, October 22, 2025 (EDT)
That's a theoretical concept that's hard to apply in a society in breakdown - or a tool for use in a totalitarian system (which has already entered the breakdown phase). RobSZelensky Must Go! 01:57, October 22, 2025 (EDT)
"As power over the incubus is obtained by addressing it with its real name, so the world of It, which a moment ago was stretched in its uncanniness before the puny strength of men, is bound to yield to the man who knows it for what it really is—severance and alienation of that out of whose abundance, when it streams close at hand, every earthly Thou is met, and of that which, though seeming at times great and fearful like the mother-god, yet always had a motherly air." -Buber, Martin (1923). I and Thou. Translated by Ronald Gregor Smith (New York: Scribner's, 1958).
If even pagans can command spirits with a real name, surely Christians can find a synonym close to "traitor" with which they can command enemies to their state. VargasMilan (talk) Wednesday, 03:26, October 22, 2025 (EDT)

  • Bloomberg News: Rubio is behind the cancellation of the Putin-Trump summit in Budapest.
‘The sudden change of course was the result of an assessment by Secretary of State Marco Rubio — a long-time hawk on Russia, who once called Putin a gangster.’ Sources who wished to remain anonymous and discussed internal negotiations reported that Rubio canceled a planned personal meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after they spoke on the phone and it became clear that the Kremlin was once again trying to drag out ceasefire negotiations and the war.
Rubio’s influence on the administration’s change of position indicates an even broader influence of the leading American diplomat, who, as Trump’s acting national security advisor, also advocated a more aggressive approach to Venezuela. His position contrasted with the more conciliatory strategy toward Russia advocated by Trump’s longtime friend and special envoy Steve Witkoff.’

Rubio is a hawk who represents the United States Senate. [19]

Dmitriev, as the CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, has particular interests in establishing further U.S.-Russia business relations....Both Trump and Putin have noted publicly their conversations about building an economic relationship
Q. We have just watched your meeting on rare-earth metals....
[...]
Putin: We would be open to cooperation with our American partners – and when I say “partners” I mean not only administrative and government agencies but also private companies – as long as they show interest in working together. It is important to emphasise that Russia possesses significantly – I want to stress this – significantly larger resources of this kind than Ukraine....we could think about working together with US companies in this area. For example, back in Soviet times, there were plans to build a new hydroelectric power plant and to create additional aluminium production facilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. After all, aluminium is, first of all, about energy, preferably cheap energy. Hydropower is cheap and environmentally friendly. To reiterate, such plans have been in place since the Soviet times. However, these are capital- and investment-intensive projects. In today's money, according to preliminary estimates, they will cost around 15 billion. We can think about it...."

So while Trump is on the same page with Rubio & the Senate on regional or hemispheric security vis-a-vis Latin American, Trump still is going around Rubio & Senate neocons with his own emissary, Witkoff, to deal with Russia, Putin, Ukraine. RobSZelensky Must Go! 00:12, October 25, 2025 (EDT)

If these reports are true, Rubio just made a fatal mistake. Bolton pulled a similar stunt with North Korea, and going by Trump's own words that was the beginning of the end for him. Of course Bolton was far more reckless than Rubio, as he tanked the North Korea talks by warmongering in public instead of behind closed doors. Rubio likely is well aware of that, hence why he was more careful when he did it. But Trump isn't stupid. He knows Rubio is trying to get away with what Bolton didn't, and now he no longer trusts him. Assuming we are on the same timeline as Bolton, Rubio will be gone by Spring 2026. And Trump may well nominate Witkoff as his replacement. In that case, thank God.--Geopolitician (talk) 21:39, October 26, 2025 (EDT)
It's sort of a division of labor: Witkoff is given the specific task of dealing with Hamas & Putin; Keith Kellogg is tasked with Zelensky and the EU (NATO which includes the UK); Rubio is given the rest, which includes Asia, but his specific personal interest is in Latin America, i.e. Cuba & Venezuela. Ric Grenell is an all-around utility man who can be called in at a moment's notice as a troubleshooter. • "a military veteran and mom named Jenny was feeling “really appalled” by Trump and the government shutdown. She was concerned about whether her husband, an active-duty service member who’d had to attend a pep rally-esque event with Trump, would get paid — and she was voting all Democratic in next week’s election."
  • " Two-thirds of Americans say it is at least probably true that the government often deliberately lies to the people. That distrust cuts across partisan lines: Strong majorities of Donald Trump voters (64 percent) and Kamala Harris voters (70 percent) agree. Nearly half of Americans, 49 percent, say that the best times of the country are behind them, according to The POLITICO Poll by Public First. That’s greater than the 41 percent who said the best times lie ahead, underscoring a pervasive sense of unease about both individuals’ own futures and the national direction.”"
So only 41% agree with User:Conservative's assessment that debt slavery & war lie ahead for America's glorious foreseeable future. (From our bases in France, England, or Italy - if they would let us? But that raises another question: Why should we bomb people in what clearly is the European sphere of influence? We have to ask permission to fly over from Germany to bomb their sphere of influence in Libya or Nigeria.) Of course, we don't need bases anymore (except for refueling) now that we have supercarriers which can be wiped out in a heartbeat by a hypersonic, Oreshnik, Burevestnik, or Russian Posiedan. This would tend to confirm what I quoted Robert Barnes saying last week, that GOPers were losing with “new Trump” voters. Major parts of the traditional Dem base turned out for Mamdani—of course. On the other hand, the “new Trumpers”—Hispanics and Muslims and various Asians—who had defected from the Dems to Trump over domestic issues (crime, borders, economy) appear to have returned to the Dems. Why? The economy and Trump’s denialism has to be considered a major factor. But Trump’s strong foreign policy identification with the Anglo-Zionist targeting—ranging from tariffs and the accompanying rhetoric, to killing for sport on the high seas, to genocide—of, let’s see, Asians, Hispanics, and Muslims has to have been a factor, as well. I don’t see Trump - Mamdani voters voting GOP in the midterms at this point....
Can the GOP distance themselves from the Big Tech/Big Money cabal and embrace the Great Unwashed? Can redistricting somehow save the House for the GOP? These are big questions.
