::Comment: The advantage for the [[US]], [[Ukraine]], [[France]], ''et al'' in providing [[logistical]] support to [[terrorist]] groups ([[ISIS]], [[Azov Battalion]], [[MEK]], etc) is that terrorist groups are not bound to the "humane rules of war" in an [[asymmetrical war|asymmetrical]], [[hybrid war]]. And it doesn't really matter if the [[vote]]rs discover this in a "[[democracy]]" with [[rigged election]]s.
