Piker is quickly becoming a major political liability for the party. Yet aside from Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), no Democrat has had the stones to say so.

To the contrary, he is cast as a progressive icon. He’s been a featured speaker at countless Democratic campaign rallies this election cycle, where he can be counted on to spew the most radical views, which are always laced with copious amounts of profanity — because, apparently, that’s what passes for a young and hip voice in today’s Democratic Party.

As Trump's term expired before the interim rule could be finalized, Biden could have easily ordered either Karen Dunn Kelley, Wynn Coggins, or Gina Raimondo to terminate that interim rule. But he didn't. Because like Trump before (and after) him, Biden preferred to defer to the Deep State on the most important foreign policy issues. As Tyler Robinson's defense team prepares for a ruling on whether or not their client will face trial for the assassination of Charlie Kirk, they've now been reduced to pushing back against the online conspiracy theorists like Candace Owens who claim that Robinson was not Kirk's alleged killer.

A couple of weeks ago, the defense filed a motion arguing the case shouldn't qualify for the death penalty because Robinson didn't intend to hurt anyone other than Kirk. Absent from that motion were any of the arguments and so-called evidence laid out by Owens and the rest.
