The Panda's Thumb is a blog run by evolutionists, many of whom are associated with the NCSE or other evolutionist fronts such as TalkOrigins.
A primary function of Panda's Thumb is to provide "reliable sources " for wikipedia articles related to intelligent design, creation science, and evolution. However, it is also used as a "reliable source" in areas unrelated to the main contributors' area of expertise, such as documentary film making.
Panda's Thumb is owned by the same group that owns TalkOrigins.[1] TalkOrigins is another self published website frequently used as a so-called reliable source on wikipedia for articles related to evolution, or the creation-evolution controversy.
