A Rogan Josh is a type of curry that originated in Kashmir. Its primary ingredients are lamb and onions, the other ingredients varying widely - tomatoes are a popular component of the sauce in its UK incarnation.

It is one of the standard mild dishes in a UK Indian restaurant.
