::It is the wording that is the issue here. Saying that Mary ascended into heaven implies that she did so on her on accord, when she was assumed into heaven by the power of God. That is the reason why Catholics celebrate the Assumption of Mary and the Ascension of Jesus.--[[User:Sille714|Sille714]] 11:57, 21 May 2009 (EDT)
