David Joseph Gilbert (born October 6, 1944 in Cambridge, Massachusetts) was a high-level Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) and Weather Underground Organization (WUO) operative now serving an extended prison sentence in New York state for his role in the 1981 robbery of an armored truck in which two police officers and a Brinks guard were killed.
