Dan Scavino, Jr. is a longtime adviser to President Donald Trump and one of his most trusted advisors. As of October 2025 Scavino was appointed Director of the White House Presidential Personnel Office (PPO) responsible for overseeing the selection and appointment of most government positions. He has served as White House Deputy Chief of Staff in both the Trump 1.0 and Trump 2.0 administrations.
