The Kyoto Treaty is a famous international treaty drawn up in the city of Kyoto, Japan. President George W. Bush's refusal to sign the treaty is frequently pointed to by liberals to wrongly accuse the United States of attempting to derail international efforts to curb global warming. In fact, the opposite is true, and the US is the country in the world doing the most to curb global warming, with vast resources of solar and wind power deployed throughout the nation.
