Northern Europe is the region of Europe consisting of Åland Islands, Channel Islands, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sark, Svalbard, Jan Mayen, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
This region includes the subregions of Scandinavia and the Baltic States.
