Deep State

Deep State is a shadow government, typically influential members of government agencies or the armed forces, believed to be involved in the secret manipulation or control of government policy and main stream media.

Until recently, the phrase “deep state” had been mostly consigned to the alternative news sites, but over the past few weeks, since Donald Trump to make public his fight with the intelligence community, it has been reported in the main stream media. The “deep state” reportedly plans to dismantle the Trump administration, with NSA intelligence analyst John Schindler warning that a friend in the “intelligence community” told him that Trump “will die in jail.”
