Bryan, Texas

Bryan is a city in east central Texas. It is north of, and adjacent to, College Station, Texas (home of Texas A&M University; the two cities and the surrounding area are colloquially known as "Aggieland" for the name of A&M's sports teams).

The international pro-life group 40 Days For Life is based in Bryan, in the former home of a Planned Parenthood facility which originally spurred the organization's founding.

Since 1961, Bryan has been the location of the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History.

The former Bryan Air Force Base, closed in the 1950s, is now the home of Texas A&M University's RELLIS Campus, which houses many research facilities and other components of the Texas A&M University System.
