Deborah Ann Villio (born October 1, 1961) is an attorney in Kenner, Louisiana,[1] who is the Republican state representative for District 79 in Jefferson Parish in the New Orleans suburbs.
Villio ran without opposition in the nonpartisan blanket primary held on October 12, 2019,[2] for the right to succeed her fellow Republican, Julie Stokes who did not seek reelection.
She has served as an assistant district attorney for Jefferson Parish and managed more than two hundred felony trials. She helped to rewrite the charter for the city of Kenner.[3]
