:Two points: 1) The Username policy is not changing unless you convince owner of the website of the benefit of doing this and address any objections he may have. You can contact the owner of the website at: [[User talk:Aschlafly]] 2) Sometimes users are banned due to IPs associated with commercial spammers without any reason being given as a block reason.
