::I don't understand how anyone could claim that Seth Rich was a potential witness in DNC Fraud Lawsuit. If I understand things right, on July 10, 2016 Seth was murdered. Shortly after that the Wikileaks of DNC emails were published. Those emails indicated that Bernie Sanders had been slighted by the DNC. In response to those leaked emails, BerneCrats launched their lawsuit. They would not be calling a dead man as a witness. So I think that the above claim is impossible. :::The lead attorney in the above linked video says, "the untimely death of our process server, [[Shawn Lucas]]; the unsolved murder of DNC employee, [[Seth Rich]]. '''We believe Mr Rich might have been a potential witness in this case.'''" That would be if he were not murdered. This is why the attorney's are asking for protection for plaintiffs and witnesses.
