→No Shell Casings Found: new section
::I don't understand how anyone could claim that Seth Rich was a potential witness in DNC Fraud Lawsuit. If I understand things right, on July 10, 2016 Seth was murdered. Shortly after that the Wikileaks of DNC emails were published. Those emails indicated that Bernie Sanders had been slighted by the DNC. In response to those leaked emails, BerneCrats launched their lawsuit. They would not be calling a dead man as a witness. So I think that the above claim is impossible. Although we have little information directly from the DC police, we go have a little window into DC Police evidence via oral reports from Seth Rich's parents, where the state things as facts which they apparently would only have know from the police. It appears that while the poiice stonewalls the public for information, they have told some things to the parents. The parents report, for example, that '''no shell casings''' were found at the scene. From that Fox5DC inferred that a revolver was used, though perhaps shells might have gone down a storm sewer (don't know if there is one at Flagler & West). The Profiling Project brings in the possibility of a double barreled derringer, which seems unlikely to me. From the absence of shell casings the PP infers a "sanitized crime scene," as if the shooter(s) retrieved the casings before leaving. And from "sanitized crime scene" PP apparently went way out on a limb and inferred a hired hitman or a serial murderer shot Seth Rich.
:But one would not expect a hired hitman or a serial murderer to leave the killing unfinished; Seth was left alive and talking - might have identified the killer. So the killing does not seem to have been done by someone skillful at murder. If a hit, it looks like a very amateur job by someone who let emotions carry him away, who panicked and ran without finishing the job. There was little time to sanitize any crime scene. ShotSpotter records the shooting as at 4:19:43. Cops report indicates cops were on scene by 4:20AM. The parents' report to Fox5DC is posted elsewhere on this talk page.
