→Seth Rich cited in court documents as potential witness in DNC fraud lawsuit???
::I don't understand how anyone could claim that Seth Rich was a potential witness in DNC Fraud Lawsuit. If I understand things right, on July 10, 2016 Seth was murdered. Shortly after that the Wikileaks of DNC emails were published. Those emails indicated that Bernie Sanders had been slighted by the DNC. In response to those leaked emails, BerneCrats launched their lawsuit. They would not be calling a dead man as a witness. So I think that the above claim is impossible. '''We believe Mr Rich might have been a potential witness in this case.'''" That would be if he were not murdered. This is why the attorneys are asking for protection for plaintiffs and witnesses. ::::What makes sense to me is not that Seth Rich was murdered after a BernieCrat lawsuit was begun, but that looking back retrospectively, had Seth been alive after the suit was filed, he might have been a potential witness to be called. But there seems to be little argument that anyone murdered Seth to prevent him from testifying in a non-existent suit.
