:This foto has been identified as posted / dated on Facebook as April 23, 2015, long before July, 2017.  The man whose face is circled does not look like Awan. Unfortunately the investigation of Seth Rich is afflicetd with crackpot & unfounded claims.  To compare the face in this img, just Google Inwan Awan & look at Twitter picture for Abid Awan.  Neither of the Awan brothers look like the hoax img posted above on this talk page. ‪https://twitter.com/abidawa23007700.  This hoax has been soberly debunked in a YouTube video, "Important!!!
