::No, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to do it by myself. Having joined this site less than a year ago ([[Special:Log/Liberaltears|see here]]), I have gained much experience with [[CP]] formatting, but I'm not a hard-core expert, especially not with formatting for creating/improvising templates. While I can somewhat comprehend how certain inputs in template source codes correspond to certain functions (as I've done such in analyzing to fix [[Template:Officeholder/state representative|this template]]), I don't know enough to add in all the necessary information for my proposed improvisation.
