At the 2010 census, Koshkonong had a total of 212 inhabitants, grouped into 85 households, with a population density of 1,177.8 people per square mile. This figure represented a slight increase from the 2000 census, when Koshkonong had a population of 205. 91.51% of the inhabitants were White, 0.47% were African-American, 1.42% were Native American, 0.47% were from some other race, and 6.13% were from two or more races. Hispanics of any race were 1.42% of the population.
The median age in Koshkonong was 39.0 years, with 23.1% of inhabitants under the age of 18, 13.2% between 18 and 24 years old, 22.2% between 25 and 44, 29.2% between 45 and 64, and 12.3% 65 years old or older.
