:::Right. I wouldn't have any power to enforce anything, it's just a place where an editor who thinks he has a problem can go and complain about somebody. If the case has merit, other editors can look at the context and make a finding of fact. This would keep the trolls off Andy's page. If it's something he wants to get involved in, he can look at the findings. Right now we just have trolls and whispering campaigns. This is not healthy.
