::No, but I've since read them. And I refuse to belive for a second that this was the result of "mechanical, literal way of thinking." Knowing Netanyahu, he knew exactly what they were planning but deliberately ignored it because he ''wanted'' such devastation to be brought upon Israel. That way, it would be easy to rally the people around him as their savior while he wages his agenda unimpeded. :::Nah, FDR did not know about Pearl Harbor. FDR was looking for any excuse to go to war with Germany, not with Japan. [[D-Day]] happened before anything remotely resembling an assault on Japan began. But remember that the US did not declare war on Germany until Hitler honored his commitment from [[Tripartite Pact]] to declare war on the US.
