It was because someone was engaging in censoring and lodging denigrating bogus accusations in main page talk and in the community portal. If I create essays, RobSmith is reduced to posting on the talk pages of my essays which few people read given the poor quality of his commentary. I have learned not to read or respond to his lame posts on the talk pages of my essays because doing so causes much, much fewer people to read his talk page tripe.
