Hamas' boss [as in having most influence and financing] Qatar plays all sides and showers gifts...not just bribing universities, pushing its al jihadzeera everywhere.
Does anyone really believe they couldn't tell its Hamas linked thugs to release the Americans while they were still alive on Oct/7? [Back then when, seemingly, like the last American survivor Edan Alexander were tied in cages with bags over their heads beaten and starved?]
It's a positive thing economic ties but that should not blind perspective.
