He's literally calling it "Modi's War", unironically. What he started in his first term, trying to undo 70 years of bad economic & [[trade]] policy, was disrupted by the [[Russia hoax]]. You can't compress 8 consecutive years into 3 years without [[inflation]]ary effects. Biggest impact from India tariffs on [[pharmaceutical]] prices, I understand.
