I broke down the project into smaller projects/tasks via multiple queries (web marketing aspect, fundraising aspect, personnel staffing aspect and publicity aspect). Breaking down big problems/tasks into smaller problems/tasks is important for AI.  It also helps to refine initial queries with probing questions and to have [[questioning skills]]. So we can conclude the Rand Corporation, that scripted the [[NATO war in Ukraine]] with ''[https://www.rand.org/pubs/research_reports/RR3063.html Extending Russia: Competing from Advantageous Ground]'' Published April 24, 2019, is gambling that Russia will be intimidated and not respond to [[NATO]] escalations, cause GROK says the US would lose. Unfortunately, the Russians have access to GROK plus their own [[AI]]. Pretty reckless behavior on the part of the American [[intelligence community]].
