The measure to de-segregate the diner is not a piece of legislation per se, it is the House Rules. Also, the timeline is somewhat screwed up, the votes on anti-lynching occurred much after the CCC vote in 1933. Also, there was an early anti-lunching bill in 1922 when the House was under Republican control. My suggestion is to split the two issues: one about anti-lynching, and another about the CCC.
As a side note, this is precisely how Democrats have been able to obscure and obfuscate their real civil rights record for 150 years in the historical sources. RobSFree Kyle! 00:51, August 3, 2021 (EDT)
