Relish

1. Relish means enthusiasm: 'The sysop took up his new responsibilities with relish'.
2. Relish is a piquant sauce, technically a kind of chutney, served as an enhancement of other foodstuffs, particularly burgers. Relish often contains ingredients such as tomato, sweetcorn and turnip, as well as vinegar, herbs and spices.
