Christians historically are prolific in terms of producing musical works related to their faith and many great Christian musical works have been produced over the centuries. For example, Handel's Messiah, the religious works of Johann Sebastian Bach, etc.
Furthermore, since Christianity is much more a global religion than many religions (For example, a large majority of the adherents of Hinduism live in India), it has a rich tapestry of music throughout the world.[1][2] See also: Global Christianity
