A mill is a monetary cost and billing unit used by utilities. It is equal to 1/1000 of the U.S. dollar (equivalent to 1/10 of 1 cent).
Grinding Mill
A grinding mill is a tool or device that breaks solid material such as raw corn or wheat grain into smaller pieces such as flour. Traditionally mills were manual powered such as a mortar and pestle, hand-cranked grain mill or wind mill. Nowadays they are also electric powered.
Sawmill
A sawmill is a plant where finished lumber is milled from the raw materials of logs.
