Paula Pellerin Davis (born November 1973)[1] is a government relations specialist and lobbyist from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who is a Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for East Baton Rouge Parish.

Davis won the position in the runoff election held on November 21, 2015 over fellow Republican Ryan Heck. She also carred the special election to fill the remaining six weeks of the term[2] of Republican former Representative Erich Ponti, who resigned in June 2015.

In the primary, Davis led Heck by eighty-two votes. She sent out a mailer claiming that Heck, a member since 2012 of the Baton Rouge Metro Council and the owner of Cajun Read Mix Concrete Company, lacked the integrity to serve in the state House. Davis also stressed her experience as deputy state insurance commissioner during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.[3] She prevailed with 6,679 votes (55.3 percent) to Heck's 5,400 (44.7 percent).[2]
