A logic-based proof of God demonstrates God's existence by reference to logic. This approach recognizes strong the connection between logic and God, and how the Bible can be understood as a book of logic.

Uniqueness of logic proof

The uniqueness of logic proof is as follows:

  1. Logic is unique, such that contrary systems of logic are impossible.
  2. The existence of God is logical.
  3. Therefore God exists.

Uncertainty proof

The uncertainty proof is as follows:

  1. Uncertainty pervades the physical world, as in quantum mechanics, entropy, accidents, etc.
  2. Logic is free of uncertainty.
  3. Logic, therefore, does not come from the physical world.
  4. Logic must come from something perpetual that is free of uncertainty.
  5. This we call "God".

Analogy to Proof About the Square Root of 2

There are two possibilities for the square root of 2: it is either rational, or it is irrational. People can cling to either belief and stop there, if they so choose. But when one tries to build a logical answer around one answer, it works, while if they attempt to build a logical system around the other answer, it collapses.

The same must be true with respect to the position of whether God exists or not. Both positions cannot be true, and both cannot support logical systems that are contrary to each other.

A completely logical system is easily constructed, without flaws, around the existence of God. The Epistle to the Hebrews is an example.

Atheism, however, leads to logic anarchy.
