Windows Start-Up Application

Windows Start-Up Application is a specific Windows program which is included with the operating system. It is a required part of the system which runs vital processes. For this reason, it should not be terminated or blocked.[1] However, it can be used (or misused) to record mouse and keyboard input.[2]
