Thomas 'Tom' Steyer (born June 27, 1957) is a liberal billionaire that made his money in hedge funds as founder of Farallon Capital Management. He resides in San Francisco and has focused his resources on promoting Global Warming. [1] Steyer spent $50 million trying to elect Democrats in 2014. He supports Hillary Clinton for President.
