Information

Thomas Johnson (November 4, 1732 – October 26, 1819) was the first Governor of Maryland and an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. He was a Maryland representative to the first Continental Congress in Philadelphia.[1]

Personal Life

On February 16, 1766, Johnson married Ann Jennings. They had eight children: Thomas Jennings, Ann Jennings, Rebecca (who died in infancy), Elizabeth, Rebecca, James, Joshua, and Dorcas.[2]
