Monorchism

Monorchism is a medical condition affecting masculine mammals in which only one testicle is evident. The other being either missing, removed (Orchidectomy) or undescended.

Adolf Hitler, whose condition was the subject of a popular song in Second World War Britain. Heinrich Himmler was somewhat similar.
