request for reliable source
I have read the claim on the internet that Seth Rich had been slated to give testimony to some agency, congress, or government office. However, none of the sources I have seen for this are what seem to me reliable sources. If someone knows of a reliable source for such a claim, it would make a contribution to this article. But a mere rumor or reference to some individual comment on the internet would harm the article. (Thunkful2 (talk) 14:34, 16 August 2016 (EDT))
