Rudolf Freiherr von Sebbottendorff (the alias of Adam Alfred Rudolf Glauer) was a German aristocrat and political activist. He helped found the Nazi Party.[1] He led a group called the Thule Society, a group of German mystics. He also originally founded and owned the anti-semiticVolkishcher Beobachter that Hitler later purchased.[2] He was an occultist.[3] He was a Freemason, even though the Nazi Party opposed Freemasonry.[4] He wrote The Practice of the Ancient Turkish Freemasons. He was initiated into Freemasonry by a Jewish family called the Termudis prior to the First World War.
