Michael Alan Weiner, Ph.D. (born March 31, 1942) (aka Michael Savage) is a conservative talk show host. [1]
His nationally-syndicated radio show is called "Savage Nation". He holds a Ph.D. in economics and Botany
He is famous for making what some characterize as "inflammatory" statements. In 2003, Savage was fired from MSNBC, after telling a homosexual caller "I hope you get AIDS and die, you pig."[2]
He has recently won the freedom of speech award and is contemplating running for president in '08
