Caleb Bradham

Caleb Bradham (May 27, 1867 – February 19, 1934) was a doctor from the United States who invented the soft drink Pepsi-Cola, originally designed to ease digestion. The name is derived from the enzyme pepsin, which is involved in digestive processes.
